Enable telemetry in game settings(CPU & GPU time) to check what is your bottleneck.
Check config (`DocumentsCall of Dutyplayersoptions.3.cod22.cst`)and play with RendererWorkerCount, it is set to low for many CPUs
DDU ur drivers, unistal game and re-instal. That fixed all my problems. You probably have so much trashleftover files.
Your cpu and ram. This is why. Buy new generation cpu, motherboard and fast low latency DDR5 ram.
This game is terribly optimized. It’s such a weird gsme that my pc is performing better since I upgraded to 1440p monitor. It should get lower fps but now Im getting better fps. Dlls quality enabled 3060ti r5 5600x 3200mhz 32gb ram. Very hard to pinpoint what’s the issue for each pc with this garbage game.
