There is a known bug – something about picking up a revive pistol and then dropping it, unequipping the revive state.
Don’t pick up revive pistol if you plan on dropping it
It’s been in the game since the Cod next event, before launch. It’s related to the self revive pistol. Apparently u can’t drop it or something or u get the insta death glitch. Never fixed and at this point I’m certain it won’t be. Just avoid self revive pistols.
