I posted the same a time ago. Even reloaded and followed him. He just stopped, disappeared and left the bike behind.
First time I found it was after accidentally taking the same route as him. That was the post if I remember right.
Tried trashing it, think I tried riding it. Neither could be done. Jackie was made to be an ass and block traffic.

Haha this was so funny when I discovered this, you just follow him and the bike stops then after you look away he’s gone but the bike is there. I think he’s still on the bike but his model is gone. That’s why you can’t steal the bike

It happens sometimes, like his guns spawning in the road or any other random glitch.
