Yes, WAW through BO4 zombies is canon to the rest, this is because Tag Der Toten leads to CW Zombies (Treyarch have confirmed this), if you don’t believe CW Zombies is canon to CW Campaign (which VG and CW’s campaigns heavily support) then yeah the theroy fall apart, seperating the zombies games and campaigns into 2 seperate timelines.
I don’t know much about Warzone, so I may have gotten some errors there, I believe there are other comics as well.
The order can sometimes get a bit messy, especially considering multiple different games cover the entire span of WW2, and sometimes dates are just a bit difficult here, so please take this as a rough order

Pretty sure Chaos timeline isn’t canon in the Cold War/Vanguard storyline, Alistair Rhodes is mentioned as being an amateur and as it should be 20 years post-Chaos where it ended up, and Alistair was #1 in his field back then too, it’s definitely just another version of him. He’s also dead to the best of our knowledge, as there’s no cure for Medusas curse.
Speaking of, the Chaos storyline desperately needs a continuance, the whole mythological thing was fucking brilliant.
