Got another one asking figoro or masingo and asking for where they hide and how to kill them? I’m so lost

this delamain mission was the first mission i tried. Got through the first two cars but never got the third as the enemies were way too high of level at that point in the game. I go back to the spot and the car is still there but i dont see the mission in my journal to continue the mission
