You picked a revive pistol and you dropped it = the game insta kill you AFAIK (I saw a post here talking about it)
I had the same issue for a while. The thing I figured out is, that you insta-die ingame when you are in a situation within the last 6 seconds of the pregame where you should die.
Like when you are under the water and you should die but because of the last 6 seconds of the pregame, where you can’t take damage, you will survive „over your death“.
However the next time you should go down you insta die because the game somehow has the K/O death still saved from the preround.
Atleast that’s what I think it might cause. Since I stopped doing stuff like that in the preround I never insta died again.
It’s the game bro. It’s too good that your PC/console can’t handle it and you die instantly. It’s just the game.
I insta died too, in solo, with self revive kit + redeployment pack, and it was game over for me. No redeploy. No self revive. They were useless. And no, gulag wasn’t closed. And no, I didn’t pick up revive pistol because I know the bug.
So, enjoy the game bro, and get a better PC/console to handle this amazing game. 👍💪🏻
