This may be me going out on a limb, but I think your connection got interrupted.

If you’re on PC you can use the T7 patch, if you’re not on PC then idk why this happened on solo on a regular map without mods, but this can happen if some effect limits are hit in game, same thing would happen if you reach the time limit. Something was glitching out OR it could just be connection interrupted lmao
