I see no more tabs like Athletics, Annihilation or Street Brawler. As well, no progression bar. Had them removed the need to progress them too?

So they kept the crafting perks in Intelligence but removed the ones in Technical Ability. Damn what did they do to Cold Blood? I see the Coolagulant perk but not the Cold Blood perk. All the other icons look new. Cold Blood was awesome if spec’d into. A total revamp all around.
