Since we get Kiroshi at the beginning of the game, the possibility of removing it would not make sense. So why was the name changed from “Ocular system” to “Face”? This could mean we get new facial implants that aren’t Kiroshi. It can be, for example, a mask imitating a other character (like the woman who changed her appearance in the [trailer](https://youtu.be/reABCMNGM3w?t=96)).
From an UI design point of view, I think it would be better to add slots that would be locked, so this interferes with the possibility of new slots, but I don’t see any other explanation for this change. There could also be some kind of implant that gives kiroshi and something on the face at the same time, but that seems strange to me.

I think it has to do with how armor will be distributed in the update. Armor will be applied to body parts or the cyberware associated with the body parts so I think they needed to relabel the cybermod ui

I’m currently playing a new run through and it still says Ocular System, will this change to face when the DLC is out??

I think it’s for the new faceplate cyberware that lets you change your appearance to escape the cops

I honestly don’t even know what the Kiroshis do now, so what are you giving up if you use the face camo cyberware?
