    I think its most likely that Outbreak will either take place in this location, in Nuked Verdansk, or they will get lazy and just port over the current Warzone map.

    I doubt it. This seems more like a cod2024 teaser; the facility would be almost 50 years old by the time cod2023 takes place

    Giving the supposed leaked gameplay which seems to show an outbreak like game mode in a ruined town, I think you may be right on the money with this one.
