It looks nice but get a wire rack for your cables and some zip . But nice monitor and overall pretty clean my dude!
New keyboard for starters. That thing looks like the default one you get with a prebuilt dell from 2005. Same with the mouse.
Add something to the wall behind. Acoustic panels, 3d panels, some framed posters, pegboard or another shelf.
Some LED strips on the back of the desk would be sick as well
Lower the shelf and put up a nice framed poster or art
