A 3rd monitor would really do the trick.
Art on the walls, or a sweet ikea pegboard. A little lighting behind the monitors or under the desk. Some folks have LED lights on the ceiling with cotton ball “clouds” covering them, which might look neat in the room as ambient lighting. Just don’t feel compelled to add more and more just because some folks on this sub cram all the things around their battle station. Admittedly, I like the simplicity of your setup.
Photos or any sort of art work on those walls
A chair mat for under your chair. Your poor carpet.

You got a really huge desk that you’re not fully utilizing. Get some nice speakers. Can also add a third monitor.
Unrelated, but that left monitor looks like it’s crooked? I don’t know if it’s the angle of the photo. Not sure what kind of mount you’re using.
