I like it. Don’t need a negative option (just block/avoid), but having just a “good teammate” might be another one to add. Not everyone’s a “Fearless Leader” or “Communication Specialist”.
I’m trying to rate when I play as I’m assuming it affects rep positively and it’s good they’ve added a way to give the PUBG version of an upvote for players that are just playing well with others.

I usually toss them out at random with my friends, or even give them sarcastically.
“Damn, Andrew died immediately? He’s a communication specialist.”
