Manhattan is 59.1 square km.
This also doesn’t take into account the buildings in Manhattan.

Not all of Manhattan, but maybe a square from say 50th-100th high, Hudson to 5th Ave wide. You’d have water features with the river and the lake/pond/reservoir, wooded elements, verticality along the edges of the park, subways!!…I’d play the hell out of that
