Well buddy you feel wrong. That’s about the FPS you should be getting unfortunately.
If you wanted high FPS gaming a 1440p monitor was a massive mistake with how dogshit games are optimized recently.

I agree you should be doing better. My old rig with a 10700k and 3080 (not a Ti) was getting 130avg (2560×1440). I would try 1) confirm latest nvidia driver 2) reinstall game from scratch and 3) follow some optimisation guides on YouTube

I think somethings wrong. I have an i9 9900k and a 4070 at 1440p native and medium/ low settings which gives me benchmark result of 180 fps.
I reckon it’s more your GPU, those CPU results are similar to mine. Do a DDU and clean install drivers and test it on other benchmarks. 3d mark or something.

My 2070 Super is performing way better than your 3080 TI so 100% there is an issue regarding your GPU.
Have you tried uninstalling the drivers by DDU and reinstalling the latest one back? optimize your Nvidia control panel on the COD section by activating high performance, low latency from off to on, and shader cache to ultra. A slight OC is not going to hurt your GPU also by MSI afterburner.
Btw, you are using 9.47GB Vram out of 11.82GB, are you using everything high settings on COD? apart from 1440P resolution.

3080ti isn’t good enough for how bad cod is optimized

Play on 1080p, 1440p and above just maxes out your GPU. The game could be tinkered with as well on the dev side to find out where all the frames have went over the past season.

Play a decent game.

I don’t know why people keep expecting high FPS in a game that’s poorly optimized. This game is just not the best option to do a benchmark with, your rig is fine!
