Can anyone explain to me why for some semi-auto weapons there are huge difference bettween [sym.gg](https://sym.gg) and truegamedata rpm stats? I thought TGD takes his stats from Sym?
For example:
Taq-v sym is 513 rpm and tgd is 361 rpm.
Lachmann-767 semi sym is 522 and tgd is 358.
FTAC-Recon sym is 500 and tgd is 546
Whos numbers should i trust now?

I think it has to do with which TTK they are using as the science behind it all has led to there being both a theoretical TTK (where you’re hitting with every bullet) and the realistic TTK (where factors in recoil and missed shots).
I’d use syms seeing as he’s the one doing the data mining.
With the ftac recon syms shows 500rpm, and 545rpm in auto.
TGD’s shows 546 and 547 for single and auto respectively so it seems likely its not copying across the stats properly.
idk what the fuck everyone else is talking about ttk lol when rpm is supposed to be a set value
Sym has had a lot of incorrect single fire rpm’s ever since WZ1. Leading to difference in ttk of course.
Don’t know why cause they data mine but there has been incorrect stuff before on sym, which might be caused by sym reading the raw data but Warzone having some manipulator stored in a different location. So the gun might be listed with firerate 500 but an actual cap at round 350 is applied through some other system.
I remember hand testing the fire rate of Pistols of WZ1 and the results varied wildly from sym
