On the floor, a PC on a desk is a massive waste of space. Source, been building “gaming PCs” since the late 1980s, zero issues.
Probably should remove the things on the right, then place your PC there, if you need cable management you can, if you’re comfortable with it just drill a hole through your desk and put the cables through it.

Put it on a small shelf on the floor.
The novelty will wear off, or it should, it’s a box that does nothing whatsoever of interest, get it on a plinth on the floor and use the space for things you’ll use (speakers, plants, bigger monitors, a synthesiser, an ashtray, Connect 4, pistachio pot, a picture ofAlbett Einstein, a barometer and some empty beer cans.
