First thing that stands out to me is your Jaws poster behind mostly hidden by your PC. Why not move it up?
The reason things look off to you is just because everything on the wall is low, by placing everything so low it makes the room look cramped and short. You want to have things higher to draw the eye upwards to make the area look larger and even the place out. As mentioned, perhaps heighten the jaws poster until its completely visible ideally. Then find something to help fill some space above the leds. Another shelf (longer than the other) with some other figures etc on it may be a good solution.
I would paint the ceiling darker, move the leaf lights as an inverted L above the monitor and tower and towards the ceiling, or some arrangement along that way.
Then I would move the jaws poster to the left of the monitor, then move the shelf up and left from its current position and bring the certificate up as to clear the chair a bit more and break the line of the top of the tower.

I’d push the monitor closer to the wall and swap your dope Jaws poster and your certification plaque. You’ll still be able to read the plaque because it sits higher than the PC and you’ll be able to see more of the Jaws poster. Otherwise pretty sick setup
