Get rid of the weird LED lights behind the monitor and take down those terrible LED triangles. Then hang more stuff on the walls and don’ t over clean your desk before taking photos from standing height.

I would say a shelf beneath each frame with more things on it. Maybe even hanging plants. Then put the lighting on the right side of the wall.
