Legacy progress doesn’t advance anymore, is just there as information on what levels one achieved back when that season was active. Similarly the seasonal calling cards for achievement unlocking, with the difference that if you achieved level 200 on a particular season back when cold war was the new game, then you can continue unlocking those cards on that season, all you had to do back then was to reveal them by reaching 200”
