Every kill I get with the M1897 Trebuchet gives me no progress towards the camos, yet there is a banner on the gun that says new camo.

I’ll bet the only way to fix it (if restarting the game doesn’t work) is to hit fresh start.
You may want to look at the black market camos.
I hope you just have to restart game and not fresh start
