I think that peg board doesn’t belong behind your monitor. Maybe to the side or above it. I’d also try to push the monitors back for more mouse space. (I got low sens)
If I were you, I’d also change the chair. Probably a white ergonomic chair.

I would either get some all white monitors or vinyl wrap the monitor bezels in white. The black just kind of stands out. Similarly, perhaps some desk plants with white pots would look good?
Likewise, I think actually putting the PC on the right side of the desk would look better. Similarly, I think the all white pegboard would look better under the shelf where the PC is currently.
I’d also try to center you monitors a bit more. They seem like they’re pushed to the left a bit far (Tip: You can put one on top and one on the bottom for easier center alignment.
lastly, the pictures seem a bit too far to the right.

Looks clean. I’d just move the art work bit more to the left and put the pegboard higher cos a more balanced look
