The Ballistic Knife does 500 standard damage, 1000 with a headshot, and 2000 if combined with a Bowie Knife/Sickle (I don’t know if either of those are on CotD, don’t remember seeing them)
Let’s be generous and say that you also PaPed this truly God tier weapon, making it do 1000 standard damage, 2000 headshot damage, and 4000 damage when combined with our lovely melee weapon upgrades.
George Romero has a fixed 250,000 HP, increasing by another 250,000 for every player in the match. Let’s just go with Romero’s solo HP for now.
Assuming that you land all headshots with the Sickle/Knife enhanced Krauss Refibrillator (which… is not what you’re doing, but fair play to your strat, it does look very funny), it will take 63 shots. It’s very fortunate that you can pick the ammo back up.
Meanwhile, the standard ballistic knife will take a modest 125 shots, in the best case scenario (beefed up with the melee upgrade, all headshots). At it’s lowest capability, it will take a maximum of 500 shots! Assuming you just shoot ol George everywhere but the head, anyway.
