Can’t figure out how to decrypt.I just want to get this over with, I’ve spent about an hour on this and it’s getting to the point I want to uninstall this game and never touch it again.
I tried 2382 for the code and 1274 for the passphrase. I tried switching them. I even tried using the entire message line (06 all the way to 92). Didn’t work.

I recently tried 90400 (90 is the reds added up, 400 is the blues added up). No dice.
Edit: oh, I needed the four digits from the message to find another city’s name… yeah that was a horrible experience and I felt nothing but anger because of it.
