Dare I say, but even a completely white mouse/keyboard pad in the same size you have now, would look premium. Totally impractical and you’ll notice it get dirty in a few weeks, but it would look clean and minimal. I think the other comment about another plant, makes sense. But something a little more lighter green, sort of like on the window sill, but on the left side of the desk.
