WaW for how clunky it is, BO1 because high rounds take 9 years and BO4 because realistic difficulty exists.
AW was more tedious than difficult. The mode had absolutely obnoxious mechanics and to deal with them either required something equally obnoxious or ignore them entirely and hope for the best.

Bo2, trying to get out of the spawn in origins is a challenge for anyone running solo. Definitely not bo3 since that is such an easy ass game.
