It happens quite frequently & doesnt seem to be based on anything as I’ve had it happen to me when I have a self-revive equipped as well.
Alongside the loadout drop & vendors not being visible on the HUD or map its a very annoying bug.

I don’t understand your point, but from what I can see, you killed the guy with a revive first, and then the other, which had no means to survive, just straight-up died. That’s called squad wipe…

Had this happen on vondel,
Me and my team mate vs 1 guy, I broke his armour but he downed me, and it just randomly killed us both, although down it’s still technically a 2 v 1 situation
