Depends on the map, but usually jug, double tap, widows wine and stamin up. Been experimenting a lot more with quick revive besides double tap recently, and on some maps widows wine is unnecessary and could be used for speed cola

Solo: The OG four, I don’t find Widow’s useful, hell even harmful at points as I train a zombie could randomly bump into me, causing a clog in the train that leads to death. Staminaup, depends on the map, as 9/10 for me, I can be patient and slowly walk over to where I wanted. When I played console I used to run deadshot when I ran out of quick revives, but I now play P.C so it’s completely useless.
Mutiplayer: it depends on Map, and my goal in said map, I nearly always run Double Tap, Speed Cola, and Jugg, the fourth changes, I again very rarely use Widows as I try to easter egg run often and to many last zombies have foolishly hit me before that I strongly dislike it, Stamina is pretty useful to just get around the map, and re-join up with my party, and if one of my friends is having really bad luck I’ll pick up Quick Revive instead.
