Can anybody explain why this happens on random games? Never goes above 1% and sometimes if there’s too much action I will get disconnected. It just keeps fluctuating but never hits above 1%. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever seen it hit 1%.

Also should mention that it doesn’t happen every game. It’s usually random. Connection is fine.
