Forsaken, Ronald Raygun & Perkaholic Undiscovered EE?

Has anyone else come across this visual bug while doing the Ronald Raygun EE?

I’ve been using all the search phrases I could think of on Google, and it seems like I might be the first to see him like this, or at least the first to post about it online. I have not been able to recreate the bug, and it only appeared in one of the delivery stages. Afterwards he appeared normal again.I did however NOT receive the Raygun in any of the 4 deliveries.

This is exactly the route I followed:
I delivered the 1st pizza in the Video Store and collected the VHS Tape and then returned to Ronald for my reward. No bug so far.
I then went on to deliver the 2nd pizza in the Cinema, and upon returning to Ronald for my reward, I found him like this…
When I returned after the 3rd delivery, he was back to his old self though.

I’m very curious if this could be related to the ghost that spawns while doing the Perkaholic EE. The red eyes got me wondering if it may be part of a bigger side EE where a Raygun may be gauranteed if done correctly? What do you think?

I really would appreciate any input or some kind of explanation as to why this happened or what might have caused this.

P.S. I’m own the cross-gen bundle of Cold War, and I’m currently playing on PS5 🙂
