I had load out 12 saved as my favorite. I never once got weapons out of a blue box. I switched it and switched back and still wouldn’t work. I then made load out 1 my favorite and boom, my guns came out the box.

Best guess, PlayStation exclusively has access to 12 loadouts instead of 10, and if you pick 1-10 it’ll be fine but 11-12 probably are bugged
