I cannot get my buddies to stop camping. We get killed every damn time as we get backed into a little room, by choice, and wait until another team/solo demon comes in and wrecks us. They’re just way too timid to push teams and think it’s better to be 100% reactive than to be proactive. They’re lucky they’re my buddies or I’d have left that squad ages ago. Plus camping is so fucking boring. Like they’ll literally go find a building near the start of the match and then sit in that building until the gas fucks us and now we’re pushed out and have to make rash decisions to get ahead of the gas and we get killed like chumps.
There’s nothing worse than wasting ~10 minutes of a match “holding down a super sick spot” only to get deleted in our first interaction with another operator/team. Waste of time.
I’ve started branching out and having fun during the match (I like to get kills afterall) and they’ll get pissed because they blame me for not being with them in their little room to help them when they get destroyed.
Like they’ll sit in the same room or building for so long that they’ll get to pop the same boxes for ground loot like 3 times after they get resupplied.
So please, for the love of Jebus, delete all campers with your broadside (preferably my team) so that they change their ways. I’m hoping that if it happens enough times (although unlikely) they’ll actually change their ways and explore the map and push other teams. Especially in resurgence.. like guys, we get to spawn back in as long as one of us stays alive.
