I believe this is a “Bonfire Sale” where it basically acts like a Fire Sale specifically for the Pack a Punch, it brings the price of upgrading your weapons down while it’s active. I believe getting it would be down to getting the maximum reward from the Challenge Flames in the spawn area
Edit: someone used an Elixir to spawn a bonfire sale. My mistake
