Wouldn’t this discourage many people from using the report system, then? I don’t want to report a toxic player just to end up having a penalty on my account because Activi$ion thinks the player was not toxic in voice chat or text chat.

Maybe… and maybe… if AA wouldn’t be an aimbot, you wouldn’t have this problem to begin with. Cause half my killcams are literally people not missing shots…. like EVAH!!!!! Even when falling off a building, they’re not missing shots while falling to their deaths.

Thank god. I’ve been shadow-banned like 6 times since MW19 and have been basically unable to use text chat on this game for the majority of the time because of these 30 day text chat bans. So many salty players in the community who can’t stand when players are better than them.
