There’s empty space on the walls, but the lighting is cool as is. So, to fill that space, framed art would be weird. Maybe some shelves for books or plants or other bric a brac.

I suggest moving monitors to center of desk where your foot space is. Also I guess you like looking into your PC, but I would just move that to the side so it takes minimum desktop space.
