    Alright so this has been bugging me with the victus crew.

    We know that pretty much the air on the Earth after the rocket strikes is pretty much contaminated with 115, meaning a lot of people are losing their memories and are starting to get paranoid. I already know Russman has these symptoms, but how come the rest of the victus crew doesn’t show any symptoms of 115 contamination like Russman?
