FYI the solution is different for each player. Ultimately you’d have to solve it yourself, but the guide above will help with the process and what you need to do.
It’s all patterns you need to figure out which numbers go into the question marks. Then put those together match them with the corresponding city that’s your passphrase. Then go to the newspaper and add the red letters together to get tge corresponding city and that’s your code.
