Although this is debris and not a door, I’d definitely pick the debris on the penthouse of Die Maschine. Completely ruins possibly the fastest high round strat in any game

Basically 90% of the debris and doors on Buried.

Alley in Kino. Go around the entire other way behind the stage, don’t turn on power so crawlers don’t spawn but optional, go up and around and bam you got a good camping spot. Zombies can only come through the door and down the stairs or through the barrier to the right. You have an escape route right behind you.
