Spawns with magnifier up but it’s not actually up and optic is fully black. Hit to lower magnifier and it enables it. Hit to remove it removes and when you enable it again the optic is clear glass as normal.
First day playing S4 and first thing I noticed. Happened first play with previously saved weapon load-out on TAQ-56

Ended up going away after equipping another optic then equipping the Angel again.
This happened in wz1 as well
