Man, I feel that, vi can understand a Bronze not killing anyone but a Gold I, or even Rank 12.
Is frustrating
It’s really not hard to get up to gold if you can get a few kills or rat out a top ten. It literally costs nothing until you are close to gold. I’m gold 2 and it costs me 28 sr to play so I’ve tried to stop playing with randoms.
Anyone can make it to diamond without ever learning how to fight if they have enough time and patience.
You can get to gold pretty fast by just exisiting. The SR buy ins are so low that it’s almost impossible to lose points unless you’re just headfirsting into the ground every game.
Making it to late game and getting a decent placement far outweighs any early game aggression to the point where there isn’t any point in doing so.
So if you’re content with grabbing ghost and waiting for the end of the game (like the other 20-30 teams every lobby) you’ll climb.

As someone who has to play ranked with randos, there is no way this is true. You got two randoms that had mics!? Impossible.

For real though, not sure how it can be done, but having a mic should be a requirement to play ranked.
