Keep getting this error message on any 360 zombies game I played, I’ve tried everything the internet has said to do like deleting my profile and reinstalling it removing my account from family Xbox and nothing works. Any answers on how to fix this please!

Maybe no Xbox Gold?
It’s because you are banned or communication banned on Xbox one and when you are it doesn’t let you play online on 360 at all.
