   I’ve been to Manilla three times as my brother lives there and it is like capitalism on steroids with no regulation.

   That picture is spot on, one minute it is a slum next it’s a fenced off and guarded complex.

   Love it. That rule is so dumb. Cyberpunk aesthetic photography is what I want more of on this sub. Neoncities has too small a userbase.
