I like the aesthetic, the lighting, stacked monitors, and the audio gear! Here’s some feedback:
Speaker on stands or foam rests, toed-in. Take anything resting on the speakers off because they also affect sound quality. Headphone stand unless you have one off camera. A wider desk or off-centered monitor will help with the crowding on the right side of your desk. Finally, for ergonomics you want your main monitor eye level.
