That is really weird. I have never seen that happen. suspect it is the same mechanic that kills you if you dive onto a prone player. I’d guess either a zombie pushed you a bit and the game though you were on top of them and killed you, or when they shot their mustangs the small knock back they have triggered it, though it should have pushed them the other way. Really weird all around, and neither of my explanations quite make sense so I really don’t know.
