Don’t be like me and blindly buy a chair. Go, sit, see how it feels, then buy.

I have a Haworth Zody and absolutely love it. I work from home so I’m in it all day and never feel uncomfortable. Have issues with my coccyx where bad chairs will cause me literally pain in the ass. Used to have to use a donut to sit on. With this chair, I’ve never had to use one and never had the issue.

Also have had issues with my back with previous chair (super poor posture); non issue with this chair. Same thing with my wife (back issues). We got her this chair after I had it a while and she also works from home. Helped her back issue too.

It’s not cheap, but highly, highly recommend.

Believe it or not Costco has some really great ergonomic office chairs and always have a display models to try them out. They almost all come in at under $100 so very budget friendly

Top of the line chair would be Herman miller embody. Mid range I like the secret labs titan

I enjoy my (used) Herman Miller Mirra 2. Bought it locally so I could sit in it first. Definitely echo what others say, sit in it and not just for a minute. Bring a book or a laptop and do stuff for 20 minutes. Adjust everything. Make it fit you. Make sure it fits you. You spend a lot of hours in here and its worth spending good money on.
