For context I did see them on the minimap, I honestly thought I was going to be able to either drive by them so fast (as I was on my way to extraction with the ship manifest) or that I would side swipe them really bad.
As it turned out it was a head on collision that brought us both to a stop 😀
And yes, on reflection I should have been plating up as I ran the F*** away…

You were outnumbered and outgunned. U made the right choice, hitting the feet and getting outta there as quickly as possible. That mortar strike as you ran away was clean. Nice escape!
