All I did audio-wise was to change to Headphone Bass Boost and then check the “Loudness Equalization” in enhancement under “properties” of the audio output device that you use. I’m suddenly able to hear people’s footsteps, reloading…etc. the difference is night and day, and suddenly the game for me at least became a bit more playable.
