Yes, though it doesn’t usually have the PHM colours.
Yes, this has been a glitch in the map since launch, and there is no solution.
From my experience there’s a 50/50 chance that the trees will also be bugged in the ending cutscene
It’s happened to me every game, but only on Xbox. It’s probably just an issue with game files.
