   looks like you have to buy it. i don’t remember but i think it was a in the battle pass back in the beginning.

   Game must be bugged, he should’ve been unlocked after the requirement was passed. Have you tried restarting the game or playing and finishing a full match? This game had a lot of issues with progression if you left matches
