I’m currently 1/3 through burning chrome and it fits in well with the Sprawl trilogy while exploring some other themes. It’s not anywhere near as explicitly cyberpunk (at least not all of the short stories), but it’s also not explicitly not cyberpunk. I liked the Sprawl books better so far, but I’d still recommend Burning Chrome if you liked the trilogy.
If you haven’t read it yet, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? is probably a must-read for any Cyberpunk enthusiast simply because it inspired Blade Runner. I didn’t love it, but it definitely furthered my appreciation for the movie.
